1. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical products.
All products and services are delivered digitally or provided through online/service-based access.
2. Digital Product Delivery
After purchasing an ebook, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
Once the payment is successfully confirmed, the ebook download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Customers can click the download link in the email to download the ebook PDF directly to their device.
3. Delivery Time
Most ebook download links are sent shortly after successful payment confirmation.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, technical issues, email delivery delays, or incorrect email details entered during checkout.
4. Consultations & Spiritual Services
Consultations, tarot readings, and spiritual services do not involve physical shipping.
